I. Product Introduction:
The Microbial Limit Tester works by injecting the test sample into a microbial limit culture device, using the built-in diaphragm liquid pump of the tester for negative pressure filtration to trap microorganisms in the sample on the filter membrane. The filter membrane is then taken out with a membrane extractor, transferred to a prepared solid culture medium with the bacterial side facing upward and placed flat. The lid is closed to form a closed culture box, which is then placed in a corresponding constant temperature incubator for cultivation and counting.
II. Equipment Features: 1. The filter cup adopts a lip-shaped sealing design, eliminating the need for clamps and O-rings; 2. The filter membrane is pre-sterilized, ready to use immediately after unpacking, improving detection reliability; 3. Direct filtration and liquid discharge are realized, without the need for a filtration flask, making installation and use convenient; 4. Equipped with a built-in diaphragm liquid pump, offering higher efficiency; 5. The whole machine is made of full stainless steel, with a compact body that reduces the occupation of the operating table area; 6. The waterproof switch is simple and convenient to operate; 7. The three-unit filter head design allows simultaneous filtration, improving work efficiency. Each filter head can also be controlled independently, providing flexibility for operators; 8. The filter head can be quickly disassembled and assembled, and is capable of moist heat sterilization; 9. The filter head can be quickly sterilized by flame, facilitating continuous experimental operations; 10. It adopts a single-sided arc-shaped filter sheet, making replacement convenient; 11.
